What is Power Pet Sitter?
Power Pet Sitter is a 3rd party software that works in conjunction with my own website to provide a number of features. Most importantly, it allows all current and future clients to create an in-depth profile for both themselves and their pets. Profile includes contact information, veterinary information, and notes about each one of your pets. This information can be updated by you and viewed by everybody on our team, ensuring the most current and accurate information about your pets. PPS also allows you to book services online.

My dog must be walked at exactly 11:30 each day.
We cannot guarantee walk times down the minute. Due to a variety of factors (traffic, weather, varied numbers of dogs, etc.), we require some flexibility with our arrival time. That said, we know dogs thrive on routine, and we make our best effort to arrive around the same time each day.
-
Which parks do you visit?
Depending on the circumstances, we visit a variety of different parks. The majority of days, however, we visit Crissy Field and Golden Gate Heights Park. Occasionally, we visit Esprit Park, Precita Park, Bernal Heights Park, or Alta Plaza. When we're feeling really enthusiastic, we may even head to Fort Funston.
-
How much notice do you need for pet sitting?
For pet visits, we can often accept clients as late as the day before you leave. For boarding or overnight stays, you should call as early as possible, as there are limited spaces available. That's not to say that we won't be able to help you if you wait until the last minute, but we can't make any guarantees.
-
Do you accept puppies?
Yes, however, we only accept puppies under one year old for private walks. During these walks, basic commands are reinforced consistently.
-
Do you accept pit bulls or large breed dogs?
As long as your dog is well-socialized, I'm happy to accept any breed dog into my groups. If your dog does have behavioral issues, I will still consider taking them on a private walk.
-
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit and debit cards.
-
Are my online payments secure?
Online payments are 100% secure. They are guaranteed by Authorize.net, the nation's leading credit card payment gateway.
-
When is my payment due?
For regular dog walking clients, payment is made at the end of each month. You will receive an invoice indicating the total number of days walked during that month. For pet sitting services, payment is due by the first day of service. Additional days or additional services should be paid within 7 days of your return.
